RECRUITMENT

This is the First and essential step towards providing high quality Security Services to our clients which are satisfactory and providing them with alert, aware and responsive personnel. BOPS achieves a cutting edge over others as there is special arrangement made for the recruitment and training of security guards, supervisors and security officers with International College for Security studies (ICCS), Gurgaon, recognized as Security Training college by Govt. of Haryana in April 2012 as per guidelines given under PSAR Act 2005.

Selection Procedure includes

Objective type written test to test basic numerical & verbal ability, Physical Test and Measurement, Medical Test and Personal Interview.

Physical Fitness Criteria: As per PSAR 2005

Age: Minimum 18 Years
Education: 10th Class Pass

BOPS is incorporated under company’s Act 1956 with its registered office at Gurgaon (Haryana) and corporate office at Greater Noida, G.B. Nagar (U.P.)

Training

Everyone is put through full time residential Certification Course for 21 days at ICSS as is mandatory under PSAR Act 2005 before is employed for security duties. This training curriculum focuses on development of Knowledge-Skill-Aptitude (KSA) of the participants.
